Your furry friends deserve to experience spacious lakeside living, too. We’re proud to be pet-friendly and to welcome your companions to our leash-free pet park and on-site pet spa. An upfront pet fee of $500 applies. Monthly per-pet fee is $25. Maximum two pets, please. We are pleased to accept cats and dogs with certain breed restrictions, including the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, St. Bernard, and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals. The following non-traditional pets are allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are not allowed for liability reasons. All pet fees, pet deposits, pet rent, weight limits, and the maximum number of pets allowed per apartment are subject to change at any time without notice and may be subject to certain restrictions.
